Training:
We believe that learning is a continuous process and it is very essential to upgrade employee's skills and knowledge through a variety of training programmes, that helps the organization to be very competitive in its line of business.
Employees will be eligible for advanced technical training. Such requests by the employees of American Professional Services & Solutions Inc will be considered on a case by case basis and the expenses incurred on such training will be reimbursed.

Technical Certification:
Employees will be encouraged to take certification exams (unlimited) to gain technical expertise. Expense form must be submitted along with proof of certification and exam fee receipt.

Referral Bonus:
Employees are eligible for a referral bonus for every referred candidate who is employed by American Professional Services & Solutions Inc. The bonus is given in installments: three months after the referred employee joins the client, and the remaining pay after the referred employee completes 6 months from the start of the project. The money is paid on paycheck, subject to taxes.

Project Referral:
If an employee refers a job opening available in his place of employment (that APSS does not hear about from other means) and American Professional Services & Solutions Inc places an employee at that position, the same referral bonus listed above is applicable. Send referrals to hrd@apssinc.us
